Faculty Senate
An empowered community of scholars.
The Faculty Senate is the governing body of the School and serves as the formal instrument for the exercise of authority with respect to the educational, research and practice affairs vested in the faculty by the Statutes of the Corporation. Members of the School of Nursing Faculty Senate shall include Standing Faculty, Research Faculty, Practice Faculty, and Lecturers serving on appointed standing committees. Other members of the Associated Faculty and ex-officio members are eligible for membership upon recommendation of the Senate Chair and the vote of the Faculty Senate.
